We also offer 24/7 inbound contact center services. We design customized programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of our clients by leveraging both innovative technology and human expertise.

Job Description: As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in driving VSA’s growth. This position demands a proven track record in the full sales cycle (from lead development to deal closure), experience foremost in the lead generation industry, and ideally also in inbound contact center services, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving industry. The role requires both responding to inbound leads originating through VSA’s website and the ability to develop your own leads through networking and conferences. Lead generation will also be supported by VSA email campaigns and cold calling through VSA’s team of BDRs.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities and market trends. Cultivate relationships with potential clients from initial contact through deal closure, ensuring a tailored approach that highlights VSA’s unique value proposition. Present VSA’s capabilities in a highly competitive market.

Referral Partner Development and Networking: Develop relationships with industry leaders and others who can refer business, maintaining visibility of VSA’s brand, service offerings and capabilities within the lead generation, sales, marketing, and service industries. Build and maintain connections both online (LinkedIn, etc.) and in person (live networking and conferences).

Performance Measurement: Define clear metrics for success. Track all aspects of the sales cycle from first meetings to proposals and deals to refine VSA’s ability to forecast and achieve goals. Regularly review these metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Identify and recommend improvement opportunities.

Marketing: Serve as a liaison to VSA’s marketing efforts to ensure that VSA’s PR, SEO, LinkedIn, and other campaigns support the development of sales leads that can convert to sales.

Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry changes and technological advancements. Share insights and best practices to maintain VSA’s leadership in the market.

Positioning: Develop and adjust sales messaging in response to market conditions, especially AI and evolving competitive pricing models.

Independent Contributor and Team Player: The sales role is an independent contributor position that requires self-motivation and a strong desire for success. At the same time, this role must interact with VSA’s Marketing, Operations and Leadership teams to share information, creating a positive experience for clients.

Prior experience in outsourced lead generation, sales development and appointment setting is preferred.

Prior experience with inbound contact center programs is a plus.
