VSA’s Top Three Goals for 2018
Every December, we look back and perform a year in review. This is to prepare us for January when we look ahead to prioritize our goals for the next year. Here are our top three goals for 2018:
1. Expand Our Services: As an outsourced lead generation firm, VSA partners with our clients to fill their sales pipeline with qualified leads and appointments. As such, we immerse ourselves in the culture, services and goals of our clients so as to best represent their brand. With many of our long-standing clients, we are already providing an expanded level of services – from helping them build lists of hard-to-reach decision makers that they can’t get from a purchase list, to leading some of the webinars we schedule during the cold calls and even helping with some of the pre-selling initiatives. In 2018, we want to build upon these experiences to offer expanded levels of service to all our clients.
2. Take Our Metrics to the Next Level: Every year, this is one of VSA’s goals because metrics are so vital in any type of sales or lead generation endeavor. And, every year there are technological advances and new services available to take your current metrics capabilities even further. At VSA, we aim to have the most robust metrics possible for our clients each and every year.
3. Increase Exposure, Specifically in Our Local Area: We are proud of the reputation we have garnered here at VSA over the course of our sixteen years in business. We have many clients who love us, refer us, and stay with us for long periods of time. For this, we are very grateful. We have a diverse client base from all over the country, which is something we are also very grateful for. Yet, too often we find that businesses in our backyard have never heard of us. This year, we’d like to change all that by getting more involved in local organizations, both in South Jersey and Philadelphia.
In 2017, we continued our work to build our foundation and infrastructure. In 2018, we look to capitalize on our progress to add more value to our client relationships, be even more responsive to our clients’ needs, and become more visible to companies who need our services in our own back yard.
