VSA Prospecting Announces Patti Blecha as new Director of Operations
May 24th – Haddon Township, N.J. – VSA Prospecting is pleased to announce the addition of Patti Blecha to its leadership team. Ms. Blecha joined VSA on May 17 as Director of Operations.
VSA Prospecting is a lead generation firm with a national reach that specializes in setting sales appointments for clients with complex offerings—particularly those in the healthcare, education, manufacturing/logistics and technology sectors.
Previously, Patti spent nearly two decades at Harte Hanks as Director of Client Services and Operation, where she developed a strong focus in the industries VSA serves. Patti has also held roles at 1-800-Flowers, Walt Disney Pictures and Atkinson Hunt. She brings a strong background in operation management, client relations, call center and general management—all skillsets that VSA is seeking at this critical juncture of the company’s growth.

VSA has grown 350% since 2016 and the firm has an aggressive five-year growth plan. While VSA will still retain its entrepreneurial approach, the company is also recruiting new hires with industry experience in order to leapfrog competitors and infuse deep expertise in operational efficiencies.
Ms. Blecha’s hiring also caps a milestone for VSA. In November, 2020, the company engaged Empirical Consulting Solutions (ECS) to develop a 2021 Strategic Operations Roadmap to support growth.
“We have historically focused almost exclusively on sales growth, relying on our entrepreneurial operations team to deliver successfully against our commitments,” Schlitt explains. “Now, we’re making a significant investment in our operations infrastructure. We know that to continue this steep pace of expansion, we need to focus on operational alignment as well.”
As a Director of Operations, Ms. Blecha will oversee VSA’s lead generation initiatives, from hiring and training of BDRs to streamlining Program Management responsibilities and managing the company’s technology infrastructure to support growth.
“We’ve always been a tight-knit team,” Ms. Schlitt reflects, “and this is one of the few initiatives on which we’ve sought outside help—first from ECS, and then from a strong outside hire. I’m confident, though, that Patti’s the right person for this role.”
