VSA Announces Breanna Stadel as Director of Program Management

Jun 28, 2022 | Branding, Call Center, Inside Sales, Lead Generation

VSA Prospecting has always been committed to developing truly collaborative partnerships with its clients. The South Jersey-based lead generation and appointment-setting firm has strengthened that commitment with the promotion of Breanna Stadel to the newly created Director of Program Management position.

In her new role, Ms. Stadel will be responsible for onboarding, development, management, and maintenance of client programs, while working closely with each of VSA’s program managers. She formerly served as Quality & Training Manager, building the department from scratch after starting at VSA as a quality analyst in late 2020.

“This is something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time,” VSA Founder and CEO Valerie Schlitt says of the new position. “In the past, program management was mixed in with the rest of the operations. But I really see this as more of a strategic role than an operational role. It’s all about understanding our clients and their needs, and about understanding what makes a program successful.”

Continues Ms. Schlitt: “We’ve always prided ourselves on being a metrics-driven organization, and I see us moving even more in that direction in the future and finding new ways to measure the effectiveness of changes we make to a program. This position will really help in that regard. Breanna will be focused specifically on the success of the program managers, which is basically the success of the programs. She then will be able to pull from all available resources within the company to optimize results for our clients.”

Those resources include VSA’s list-building, operations, quality & training, sales, technology, and content teams, as well as several outside partners.

In her role as Quality & Training Manager, Ms. Stadel interacted regularly with the program managers, so she already has a strong working relationship with them. She believes that will help make for a seamless transition when she officially assumes her new position on July 15.

“We’ve already done so much of the groundwork to establish trust, learn different working styles, and things of that nature,” Ms. Stadel says. “I think we’ll be leaps and bounds ahead of where we would be if this were an outside person.

“I believe this role is going to lend support to the business in a way that we’ve never had before,” she continues. “For the first time, the program managers are going to get support from someone who’s also not trying to run three other departments. They’re going to get very specified one-on-one time to really focus on the success of their individual programs. Hopefully, this streamlines a lot of things for a lot of people.”

Prior to joining VSA, Ms. Stadel worked in local government as a campaigner, radio sales, and retail management. She has successfully applied the skills she developed at each job to her work at VSA, where she’s been instrumental in elevating the performance of the company’s Business Development Representatives.

“Breanna is a global thinker,” Ms. Schlitt says. “I’ve seen how she strategically mapped out the training programs to meet the needs of our organization. She’s already demonstrated insights into how to make improvements to programs just by impacting the performance of the BDRs, and she will use those same processes to improve programs by supporting the program managers. I know she will deliver the focused leadership and care that will really help them thrive.”

The Director of Program Management is one of several recent promotions announced by VSA. Others include:

  • Brooke Jacquez has been named Assistant Manager of Operations and Scheduling
  • Gabrielle Spencer has joined the Operations team as Team Lead and Workforce Specialist
  • Christopher Battles is moving to Associate Director of VSA’s Technology Support Team

“We’re always looking for new ways to better serve our clients and meet their needs,” Ms. Schlitt says. “Each of these moves will have a significant impact in helping us achieve that goal.”
