  • Send targeted mailings and write e-mails.
  • Hold speaking engagements.
  • Invite others to lunch.
  • Attend numerous networking events.
  • The highest response rate came after three mailings are sent out because at this point, clients' names have been heard six to 12 times, fostering a level of credibility that wasn't initially present.
  • Typically, you will start to recognize people the more times you see them, and that is when lasting business relationships get their start.
