Cold call / teleprospecting programs
We begin each cold calling program with a test. During the test, we will implement checkpoints and work to improve results throughout the test.After the test is complete, we provide a report of our results. At that point, you determine the amount of calling hours needed, on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
VSA calls both large and small companies. We make cold calls or make warm calls after mailings. We contact our clients' existing, former or prospective customers.
There are no limits on our geographic coverage except international calling. We call at all levels within the organization.
Web-based calling system
VSA has a proprietary web-based calling system which allows our clients to review progress real-time.This system provides notes regarding the results of our telephone conversations, corrected contact information, and produces ongoing reports on the outcome of calls. You can download information on your calling program at any time.
VSA will also work with our clients' CRM systems to create a seamless telemarketing and sales process. We handle the upfront prospecting, and update the record, using our clients' preferred prospecting system. Then, VSA clients can access the same system to follow-up on the leads we have generated. Callers can work with Sales force, ACT! or virtually an other web-based prospecting system our clients provide access to.
