VSA was founded as an outbound B2B telemarketing firm.  We have since added email, fax and inbound telemarketing services.  We believe our foundation differentiates VSA from other calling firms.  Our outbound training taught us to communicate complex messages quickly and clearly.  We now apply this skill to all client and prospect communications.

VSA operates from a single office in the United States.  Our agents are college educated and speak English correctly.  Compassionate and dedicated, we are committed to your success.

Founder and CEO, Valerie Schlitt, started the firm in 2001 after 15 years in Fortune 100 companies. Her focus area is in direct marketing where she worked with call centers to convert respondents from marketing campaigns into clients.  Formerly a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Consulting, Valerie started her marketing career in marketing management at American Express.  She brings a bottom-line focus to VSA.  Valerie serves as co-Membership Chair for the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association and is co-chair of the NJ Subgroup of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group.  she earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Wharton School.

Sarah Tambussi, Senior Account Manager, joined VSA in 2006.  she previously worked in the retail field, graduating from the Executive Development program at Strawbridge and Clothier.  Sarah was a store manager and buyer, in particular with Laura Ashley, USA.  Sarah holds numerous leadership roles on volunteer boards, including past PTA president.  Each of her volunteer roles involves significant fund-raising responsibility.  Sarah earned a BA in English with a Minor in French from Dickinson College. 

Christopher Anne Dunyak, Senior Account Manager, joined VSA in 2006.  She was previously a financial and credit analyst for Tokai Financial Services, where she spearheaded the development of the firm's inventory financing division, managing an over $20 million portfolio.  Additionally, she was an accredited Dun and Bradstreet analyst.  Christopher serves on the International Board of Directors of General Federation of Women's Clubs and is the Director of Junior Clubs of New Jersey. She is also a past delegate on the board of directors of the Girl Scout Council of Central and Southern New Jersey.  She earned a BA in History from Lehigh University.
