American Teleservices Association

Business Trend, February 2007

Valerie Schlitt, president of VSA, Inc. joined the board of directors for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Teleservices Association effective Jan. 21. VSA is a business-to-business prospecting firm focused on telephone lead generation to increase clients' sales.

VSA is an 11-person organization comprised of women who for various reasons decided to step off the corporate track. But they still want to keep professionally active, and VSA offers a flexible work environment and has therefore gained an extremely talented group of women.

Schlitt formed VSA in 2001 and has gathered a team of professional telephone callers. One of the firms' strengths is its business-to-business appointment generation programs, according to officials. Callers work on behalf of both regional and national companies to help clients augment sales, establish brand identity and keep in touch with potential customers.

Schlitt, a Wharton MBA graduate, lives in Haddonfield with her husband, Joe, and thir two sons. She is a member of the Camden Rotary and actively follows the high school wrestling team on which her sons and nephews are teammates.
